Class 2 Threaded Filters
The Class- 2 EN threaded filter cartridges have an inner structure consisting of 2 different parts. The 1st is activated carbon that removes the contaminating gases and vapors from the inhaled air in physical and/or chemical way. The 2nd is a filtering layer. This removes the solid or liquid contaminating particles from the inhaled air. Gas filters contain only the 1st layer, particle filters only the 2nd, and combined filters contain both.
