The Linear Radiation Monitor (LRM) is a self-containing gamma-ray radiation detector system for use in the interdiction and location of nuclear materials. The entire system consists of 18 Radiation pager Gamma detectors and 9 Neutron detectors on a rope about 80ft long when fully extended. The system contains a controller module at the operator end for display and alarms.
