xMAP® MultiFLEX® Anaplasma spp. Primers and Beads (VBP2)

MultiFlex Anaplasma spp. Primers and Beads: xMAP® MultiFLEX® BioAssays consist of specially chosen panels to detect select biothreat and emerging febrile & vector-borne infectious disease agents. This analyte is one of up to 20 different DNA and/or RNA targets in a single well that can be customized based on user needs. Select any or all targets from a single panel (e.g. mix & match targets within MultiFLEX Vector-Borne Full Panel 2) for a cost-effective, one-reaction multiplex with a scalable throughput allowing runs of 1 to 96 samples without reagent waste. All kits ship with primers, coupled micro-spheres, buffer and SAPE to run 100 reactions, as well as three internal controls for reliable results; an optional external control to verify the entire process from extraction to results is also available. All assays are compatible with both the Luminex® 200™ and the MAGPIX® instrument.
