SmartCycler II

The SmartCycler is a real-time PCR instrument with 16, 34, 48, 64, 80 or 96 independent reaction sites. Each reaction site can be programmed and run independently. This allows multiple assays to be run on one or more samples at a time. The integrated optics of the instrument allows for simultaneous excitation and detection of four different spectral bands allowing 4x multiplexing.
