RadSeeker
The RadSeeker is a hand-held, portable, and ruggedized radioisotope detector and identifier. The RadSeeker was specifically designed to meet the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission requirements for a next-generation system capable of detecting and identifying nuclear threat materials. The RadSeeker has two different models the CL which uses utilizes 1.5” x 1.5” Lanthanum Bromide (LaBr3) or the CS which uses 2” x 2” Sodium Iodide (NaI) detectors. It exceeds all ANSI N42.34 (2006) requirements for the identification of bare, shielded and multiple isotopes.
