ETK-210, Pocket ETK-FN

The Explosives Test Kit (ETK-210) detects a wide range of explosive targets with a hand-held kit. The kit utilizes colorimetric methods of wiping a suspect surface and applying various reagents to the wipe. The kits are able to detect a variety of HME, identifying each class of energetic compounds based on color change. Pocket ETK kits are also available for single mission use.
