MF010 Oxygen Sensor

Two Zirconium dioxide discs have a hermetically sealed between them. One disc acts as a pump to fill and empty the chamber. The second measures the ratio of the partial pressure difference and generates a corresponding voltage. More specifically the time it takes for the pump to reach specific minimum and maximum pressures is a measure of the partial pressure of oxygen.
