IMD-AIR 300 Series

The IMD principle of operation is the simultaneous measurement of an individual particle’s size and laser-induced (405 nm) intrinsic fluorescence signal. Sizing is performed using the principle of Mie scattering. Simultaneously the instrument detects the presence or absence of the intrinsic fluorescence of certain metabolites that indicates biologic activity. Two models are available the 300 (1.15LPM) and 350 (25.3 LPM).
