Mx3000P Realtime PCR
The device is a real-time PCR instrument capable of four dye multiplexing. The Mx3000P's single source, single detector optic system is unique to this instrument class and is optimized for reliability and sensitivity without the need for a reference dye. Quartz tungsten halogen lamp with excitation range between 350 to 750 nm. The detection source is a single photomultiplier tube (PMT) with emission ranges from 350 to 700 nm. A computer can be provided with each Mx3005P system. The sample format includes 200 µL 96 well format, plates, 8-strip tubes, individual assay tubes. An Mx3000P is also available, with 4 filters rather than 5. Open platform design supports all fluorescent dyes and chemistries.
